Bethany Cass is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), bringing over 30 years of actuarial reserving experience to her role. She joined Akur8 in 2024 as part of the acquisition from Milliman and currently holds the role of Consulting Partners Director. With a strong foundation as a reserving analyst at a major insurance company and as a consulting actuary at PwC, Bethany has played a pivotal role in the design and development of the Arius® suite of products and has helped to improve reserving processes within some of the most prestigious property and casualty companies worldwide.
Michael Henk
Michael is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in loss reserving analyses, including reserve variability analyses, across various lines of business. He is currently focused on driving the development, implementation, and support of Akur8’s industry-leading property and casualty loss analysis solutions, including Arius®, Triangles on Demand, and Arius Enterprise.
